Mammal Photography Tours - Worldwide

We live, guide and take photographs more than 15 years in Latin America & at selected mammal-rich Worldwide destinations. During the years we have accumulated a vaste knowledge regarding where to go if you want to have a good chance to take excellent photos of a wide variety of mammal species.

Uganda is a country with incredible variety of habitats ranging from huge tracts of tropical montane forests through papyrus marshes and savannas, coloured by the famous Rift Valley lakes, the source and amazing falls of the Nile and even towering, snow-covered volcanoes like Ruwenzori. No wonder Uganda is one of the best mammal and wildlife destinations in Africa. It offers not just the “typical photography safari of mammals” like Giraffes, Zebras, Lions, Antelopes, Buffalos, Hippos, Elans but also incredible sightings of Chimpanzees, Mountain Gorillas and a long list of several other primates as well. Habitats range from tropical lowlands & mountains through savannah till wetlands with incredible variety of wildlife.

Ethiopia is one of the most sought-after and enigmatic destinations in Africa since it has high elevation uplands and plateaus beside the typical East African savannahs, deserts and lakes. The extraordinary and unique wildlife includes close to 900 bird species and almost 300 mammal species. Both mammals and birds includes more than 30 endemic species each. Some of the special mammals you can photograph on an Ethiopia Mammal tour include endemics like Gelada Baboon, Giant Mole Rat, Ethiopian Highland Hare, Ethiopian Wolf or Simien Fox, Mountain Nyala. Beside these you will see Hyrax, several Antelope and some monkey species

India with more than 400 species of mammals surely is one of the best in the World. What is more you have an excellent chance to take photos of Tiger, Sloth Bear, Leopard, Jungle Cat and many more species even if you visit just for example the Central part of this incredible subcontinent. If we add an extension to the North East of India there the vast grasslands of Kaziranga National Park harbour the world's largest population of Indian Rhinoceros and a significant population of Asian Elephant as well. Manas National Park on the Bhutanese border is famous for Golden Langur, Pygmy Hog and Hispid Hare.
